Selects a Priority 1 Scan Member List channel / mode for the current Scan List. This Scan List Member channel is selected by its CPS-defined record number from the current Scan List. When the radio is actively scanning a Scan List, 50% of the scans are targeted at the Priority Member 1 channel. See also Priority Channel PTT.
